Documents

1. Schedule 1 (descendant) or Schedule 3 (marital adoption) certified recommendation form.
2. Proof of being a permanent employee of the Nepal government working in the district, a permanent employee and teacher working in a government institute, university or community school.
3. Letter of recommendation from the concerned office.
4. Photo 2 copies (descendant), 3 copies (for married legalized),
5. Identity card of father/husband, father/mother with ID.
