As soon as it is received from the passport department
Documents
a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, national identity card or document showing identity card number and. b) In the case of minors, the copy of the minor's identity card and the citizenship and marriage registration of the minor's parents. c) If the driver's passport was taken earlier, then the copy of the same. d) The number of the lost passport and if there is no copy, the document showing the same by taking details from the department.
f) Proof of separation of husband's name. g) Name and date of birth should be maintained according to the educational certificate, if it is necessary to maintain the same.
